Hospitality Suite will be open any time there is no other activity - your registration fee includes name tag, memento and hospitality suite snacks and beverages.

Dress - Casual for all events - business casual for banquet (open collar shirts, coat optional, no jeans)

Not Staying in the Hotel? - Register for those events you want to attend

Participate in the special commemorative program during the banquet. Members will give short remembrances to trace the time line of the Cuban Missile Crisis and the placing of the first Minuteman on alert at Malmstrom. To submit your remembrance click here.

Registration - you can register by mail and personal check or you can use Paypal and register on line by clicking here. You can register for only the events you want to attend. Note that those using credit cards with Paypal will pay a small premium fee to cover the cost of credit card processing.

Refunds - If you cancel before 12 September, we will provide full refunds except for the credit card fee. If you cancel after that date, refund will depend on timing and activities that AAFM has contracted for and has had to prepay.
